Dartmouth Park
Land for Dartmouth Park was presented to the town by Lord Dartmouth in 1887 to mark the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria. It was laid out between 1887 and 1890; opened in 1890, provided with a fine canopied drinking fountain. Bruntcliffe Water Tower, used when Morley got its supply from Leeds, can just be seen through the park trees.
