Lumb Hall, Drighlington

1910c. It is a Grade 1 listed building, the only one of its kind in the old Morley Borough apart from the Town Hall. It is one of a group of small mansions made in the period 1630 to 1660 which were known as ‘Halifax Houses’ similar to that belonging to the National Trust at East Riddlesden. The photographer was J. Hodgson of Cleckheation.
