Details of Commemorated Lives
We have been working with the Local Branch of the British Legion to commemorate the lives of men from this district who died as a result of their military service and are buried locally.
We have researched the lives of these men and felt it only right to share this information with people outside the Morley area.
The Imperial War Museum has set up a site to enable folks such as ourselves to do just that and we have begun to contribute to this.

We will be adding more details to individual entries but will welcome any additional information from other sources.
We also intend to add details of the men who are commemorated on the various memorials in the area but who are commemorated at sites outside of this immediate area.
